Meet Staci Fritz, co-owner of Calliope Ice Cream, a small ice cream company based in Madison, Wisconsin. Calliope features non-traditional flavors in a super-premium ice cream. The company got its start by selling pints at area grocery stores and opened its first scoop shop in Garver Feed Mill on Madison's east side.
