- Come join us to meet Staci Fritz, an experienced account manager at Ian’s pizza with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. She has also owned Calliope Ice Cream since February 2012. Calliope features non-traditional flavors in a super premium ice cream. The company got its start by selling pints at area grocery stores and opened its first scoop shop in Garver Feed Mill on Madison's east side in July 2019.
