Last month Google officially opened the doors of its new office in Madison, doubling the size of its local space as the company continues to expand its Madison presence.
The 30,000-square-foot office, located at 811 E. Washington Ave., features sweeping views of the city, an outdoor lounge area, game room, gym and a cafe that serves employees free food.
“A key to our growth in Madison has been our long-standing relationship with the University of Wisconsin-Madison,” said Jeff Naughton, principal scientist and Google Madison site lead. “The connection has created a strong pipeline of talent that has allowed us to create more jobs here.”
